Pence Construction Joins Raleigh Hills Rebuild

As the rebuild of Raleigh Hills continues, a new construction manager/general contractor is joining the project. The Beaverton School District will be working with Pence Construction.

Pence is committed to delivering the project on budget, has a strong portfolio of relevant recent projects and can ensure a collaborative partnership with the district.

The School Board approved the award at its meeting on January 13.

The new school will avoid spending funds to maintain the existing failing systems, such as the roof and steam pipes, and invest in new facilities. This project is made possible due to the 2022 Bond.
