A major HVAC system upgrade has closed Aloha High School for the summer.

Since the end of the school year large sections of the school have become construction zones, with open ceilings and exposed pipes in hallways and classrooms as crews install the new equipment. This upgrade will take two summers to complete, with this summer marking the first phase.
 

Another major project underway at Aloha this summer is the conversion of all athletic fields from dirt to turf. Work on the fields began in June and is progressing smoothly, with large dirt mounds being leveled and transported.

The track and fields will remain closed to the public throughout the summer and for the remainder of the construction period.

While the work is ongoing, summer school and sports practices have been relocated to nearby schools.
