2022 Bond: Construction Underway At Oak Hills Elementary
You may have noticed a big change at Oak Hills Elementary. Work is now underway on a new classroom addition and covered play area.
Over Spring Break 2025, we removed the old covered play area to make space for four new classrooms next to the playground. Since then, we’ve been grading the ground and preparing to lay the foundation for the new building. Construction is scheduled to begin in full May 1.
These new classrooms will allow us to remove the portable classrooms that are currently in use.
Additionally, this summer we will begin work on the new covered play area for students and the community to enjoy.
Both the classroom addition and the covered play area are scheduled for completion by December 2025.
